There is nothing more distressing than losing a much loved pet.  There are several things you can do, if your pet goes missing. 

• Be sure to notifiy all local vets and animal shelters;
• post notices through all neighbours doors
• notify your local radio who will often have a pet section
• put a notice in your local paper
• Print posters, with a photo if possible, and display in local shops
